Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patient health problems and needs, developing, and implementing nursing care plans
  • Administering medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or hold a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA ACLS certification before the end of the orientation period
  • BLS required before orientation completion
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a critical care setting or a BSN degree is highly desirable.
