Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for critical care nursing to join our team. As a Telemetry Specialist, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and management. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of delivering world-class healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient progress, including medical history, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and reporting any adverse reactions or side effects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to orientation completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.

We estimate the salary for this position to be between $73,000 and $92,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
