Job Summary

As a Customer Service Professional at Mr. Handyman, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your interactions with customers and colleagues will have a significant impact on the overall service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls, providing assistance and resolving issues.
  • Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries.
  • Gather and update customer information in our business software.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and field teams.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude, ambition, and a creative and collaborative spirit.
  • An education that provides an understanding of business.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of how systems and computer data need to work together.
  • A solid understanding of why businesses are in business.
  • Ability to accept feedback and flexibility to adapt to new ideas.
  • Observation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
