Our in-house marketing team generates exclusive client requests for our advisors, and we are the only organization in the industry that owns both the technology platform and the distribution channels.

We are committed to transforming the life insurance industry with cutting-edge technology and business systems that provide a seamless experience for clients and empower our advisors with advanced tools.

Client Acquisition

We have a robust in-house marketing team that generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. Our data-driven approach is constantly refined to find and engage motivated clients who have a need and desire to purchase life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that reaches homeowners, and those interested can respond through an online link, QR code, or phone call. We do not engage in cold calling, ensuring that only those who have requested information are contacted.

Client Fulfillment

As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our automation system will set virtual appointments from home or anywhere, and the system will send a calendar event with a one-click link to connect for the virtual meeting. Our full-time advisors connect with 10 to 15 families per week, and we provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners. Some of our advisors start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.

Advisor Compensation

The average compensation is approximately $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, and our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week. In addition to commissions, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one, and you may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, which gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

Expectations

This position is remote and combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, and rapid advancement into leadership is available.
