- Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans, adhering to medical orders and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on managing acute or chronic conditions, including equipment use and vital sign monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, adhering to hospital and departmental regulations.
- Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or high acuity settings preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and advanced nursing practices.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
