Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their dogs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

  • Upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out dogs, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
