Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their dogs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Promote our dog daycare, boarding, and spa services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our offerings.
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out dogs, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
