We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Hematology/Oncology Clinical Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care, ensuring seamless coordination with our healthcare team.
- Collaborate with our anticoagulation team to manage patients receiving anticoagulation therapy, both inpatient and outpatient.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to inform clinical decisions and stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines.
- Participate in education and training of new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and informatics to optimize healthcare outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our division and hospital strategic plans.
- Master of Science degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio.
- National certification as an APRN in the appropriate population focus for the position.
