Service Lead Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and supervise the Service Team, providing work direction and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and front-end operations.
  2. Collaborate with store leadership to drive customer service and front-end operational goals and tasks, contributing to overall store performance.
  3. Responsible for activities related to customer service standards, front-end operations, and program compliance, including recovery and training.
  4. Serve as the primary Manager on Duty, providing leadership and direction to floor associates and ensuring store, merchandising, and customer service standards are met.
  5. Maintain, supervise, and comply with the Hazardous Waste program.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  2. Minimum two years retail management experience preferred.
  3. Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and interpersonal skills required.
  4. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required.
  5. Availability to work a variable schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
  6. Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required.
