This role engages with both faculty and students in course delivery and plays a vital part in offering supplementary academic assistance.

An ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications and demonstrate a teaching and professional philosophy that aligns with the core values of Stanbridge University, emphasizing accessible, diverse, innovative, and high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all cohort ATI accounts.
  • Conduct workshops and provide guidance on effective test-taking strategies and study habits for students.
  • Create conceptual study guides for each course that correspond with the NCLEX test framework.
  • Assist in developing remediation plans for students; facilitate and monitor remediation workshops and tutorials, ensuring graduates achieve a minimum 92% probability of passing the NCLEX.
  • Demonstrate active learning techniques for utilizing ATI products in both classroom and clinical environments for faculty.
  • Implement and oversee ATI Capstone and Virtual ATI programs.
  • Encourage and support students in achieving VATI green light status.
  • Deliver instructional content effectively, utilizing provided course syllabi and materials as necessary.
Qualifications

  • Experience in evaluating student learning outcomes and developing remediation strategies is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the ATI Testing Program, NCLEX-RN, and NCLEX-PN content, including report generation, data interpretation, and student guidance through focused review.
  • A master's degree in nursing or a higher qualification from an accredited institution, encompassing coursework in nursing, education, or administration.
  • A minimum of one year of teaching experience as an instructor in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs (such as associate, baccalaureate, master's, or doctoral degree programs).
  • A minimum of four years of continuous full-time experience, or equivalent, as a registered nurse providing direct patient care in medical-surgical settings within the last five years, or equivalent experience and/or education as determined by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Possession of a valid, active license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Compensation
$85k-$115k/hr.
