Job Description

The Compliance Associate is a critical role within Brightpath Associates LLC, responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies, providing support and guidance on compliance matters.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and monitoring activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of compliance activities and findings.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on compliance matters, including recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory trends and changes in laws and regulations, and provide guidance on implementation.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compliance-related documentation, including SOPs and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, engineering, or quality assurance.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
