Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Lead to join our team. As an AOR HVAC Installation Lead Mechanic, you will provide exceptional customer service delivery while installing, starting up and troubleshooting new HVAC systems in a residential setting.

Responsibilities
  • Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC systems in a residential setting
  • Provide exceptional customer service delivery
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Three plus years performing residential HVAC installations and change-outs preferred
  • EPA Certification is a MUST for Lead Installers and Techs
  • Willingness to put in late hours and weekends when needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
