Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and assess the performance of regional service and installation technicians.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet regional labor sales objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with time and attendance reporting for service technicians.
  • Hold service technicians accountable for their roles and responsibilities.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with regional personnel.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Business or Biomedical Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a service-oriented industry.
  • Previous experience in a management role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform routine physical activities including walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Frequent lifting of weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces and travel to customer locations regularly.
