Kitchen and Bath Design Specialist

This position is responsible for providing kitchen and bath cabinetry design services and sales consultation for contractors, remodelers, and homeowners.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate who will provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through kitchen/bath layout design, product selection, and installation process.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in kitchen/bath cabinetry design and sales, as well as the ability to read and understand blueprints and perform blueprint take-offs.

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Guide customers through kitchen/bath layout design, product selection, and installation process.
  • Create custom designs for customers using 20/20 Design Software, ensuring all required installation notes and details are captured in plans.
  • Create price quotes and presentation packets for clients.
  • Resolve customer problems involving merchandise, design questions, product returns, etc.
  • Work closely with customers, contractors (installers), and co-workers throughout the project to ensure that the project flows proficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity; document the customer sales process and maintain customer records in the CRM and other software and systems as requested.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in kitchen/bath cabinetry design and sales.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Experience with 20/20 Design Software or equivalent.
  • Solid computer aptitude, which includes proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the selling process and bid preparation preferred.
  • Strong organizational, math, and computer skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
