Consultative Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Team Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a continuing review of billing-related procedures to bring about improvements with regard to efficiency and use of resources.

Responsibilities
  • Providing interpretation, guidance, and assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and staff regarding all aspects of our firm's billing and alternative fee arrangements.
  • Acting as a liaison with local Finance Committee members in support of Finance Committee objectives; facilitating the preparation and participation of Finance Committee calls and facilitating any actionable next steps resulting from calls, with close coordination with the Global Support team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of increasingly complex accounting experience, including a minimum of four (4) years of law firm billing processes and practices, and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a law firm supervisory capacity.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
