Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Colliers Engineering & Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Risk Management team in implementing and optimizing procedures, researching and processing professional licenses company-wide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist employees with individual licensing and certification applications, renewals, and related licensing processes in all design fields.
  • Develop processes surrounding Risk Management initiatives and individual licensing.
  • Gather required information, documentation, and applicable signatures to renew and process licenses and certifications.
  • Maintain and update Professional Council records for employees, including supporting and drafting work history summaries.
  • Stay up-to-date on existing and developing laws and regulations related to individual licensing processes.
  • Prepare and process licensing information and reports as needed.
  • Work closely with State licensing boards to obtain information relative to licensing applications.
  • Renew and maintain real estate licenses.
  • Resolve individual licensing issues as they arise.
  • Support the Risk Management Team in managing Firm licenses.
  • Compile information for various Risk Management initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to Risk Management attorneys.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in the AEC industry and/or other professional licenses preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related communications and interactions.
