Role Overview: The Contract Custodian plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned facilities. This position involves both interior and exterior maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties including disinfecting, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Conduct window cleaning and other tasks as specified in the contract.
  • Manage carpet shampooing and floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and burnishing.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of six months of relevant experience.
