Janitorial Supervisor

Pritchard Industries is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts
- Control labor hours and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Communicate and enforce productivity, safety, and quality standards
- Provide employee training and communicate company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and in-service meetings with team members
- Respond to client requests and report incidents or accidents
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including checklists, sign-in/sign-out forms, and labor reports
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks effectively
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in various environments
- Janitorial or cleaning experience
- Supervising experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
