About the Role

Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while working as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and according to hotel standards

• Take and serve guest orders accurately and efficiently

• Perform set-up and side work as assigned

• Answer guest questions about the menu and provide recommendations

• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system

• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct

• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition

• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times

• Ability to work well with guests and colleagues

• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking

• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
