Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

Requirements:
