Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Community Manager to achieve property objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead a high-performing maintenance team, ensuring adherence to Equity standards and providing prompt and safe resident service.
- Analyze property management system data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for financial concerns.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on capital improvements and oversee inventory control.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and prepare status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Hands-on maintenance experience in areas including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC is essential.
- Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience is highly desirable.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary for travel between properties.
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws is required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is necessary.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and on weekends when assigned on-call responsibilities.
- Managerial experience is highly desirable.
