Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, coordinate meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to daily success.
  • Partner with your agency's team to foster enduring client relationships.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively connect with clients.
  • Possession of Property & Casualty license.
  • Life & Health licenses are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage plus commission/bonus structure.
