Pest Technician Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Specialist to join our team in Vermont. As a valued member of our pest control division, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
  • You will be responsible for conducting pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and customer communication.
  • As a key representative of our company, you will ensure excellent customer experiences and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pest Control Services:
  2. Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend effective solutions.
  3. Perform pest treatments and installations to create a pest-free environment.
  4. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
  5. Customer Experience:
  6. BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
  7. Listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions to pest issues.
  8. Recommend additional services to enhance customer value.
  9. Continuous Learning:
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments, trends, technology, and regulations through provided training.
  11. Participate in employer-provided training on new methods, products, and services.
  12. Maintain required licenses and certifications.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-facing experience preferred.
