As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct support in planning and executing daily programs that meet the unique needs of each child. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of evidence-based practices and implement standards established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the Vermont Department of Licensing.
