Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with caregivers to integrate assisted living principles and our organizational culture into resident care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage proactively with residents and their families to enhance their involvement in care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Coordinate healthcare services with external providers to meet resident needs.
- Provide recommendations for quality external care providers in the community.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license.
- Willingness to pursue additional training as required by state regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
