Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize program documentation while executing various administrative and data management duties.
  • Oversee and implement all facets of industrial security programs, ensuring adherence to DoD Manuals, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICDs, and other relevant government security regulations.
  • Manage daily security operations within the designated spaces, focusing on personnel security, physical security of facilities, alarm responses, document control, visitor management, and classified meeting support.
  • Conduct compliance assessments and self-inspections to verify alignment with government and corporate security standards.
  • Assist in Government Security Investigations by gathering and analyzing information, drafting reports, and conducting interviews to evaluate compliance levels.
  • Lead the Security Awareness Training & Education (SATE) Program to ensure effective security awareness initiatives are in place and monitored monthly.
  • Support the Primary COMSEC Account Manager with relevant COMSEC responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with security teams across Boeing locations to ensure comprehensive corporate security practices and compliance with national policies.

Work Environment:

This position requires full-time onsite presence. The selected candidate must work at the specified location.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Applicants must possess an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, with U.S. Citizenship being a prerequisite. A recent Tier 5 Investigation (T5) or enrollment in a Continuous Vetting program within the last five years is mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NISP, SAP, or SCI domains.
  • Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all organizational levels, including senior management.

Education and Experience:

Typically requires advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) along with 15 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
