Lead the Charge Against Financial Fraud

As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive innovation in financial integrity by leading the development of cutting-edge technology solutions that empower our team to detect, investigate, and mitigate enterprise-wide financial fraud and waste risks.

You will shape the future of fraud and waste prevention technology while making a tangible impact on organizational security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for our financial integrity product suite.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, prioritizing product features and managing execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, UX, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, develop product specifications, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise and leadership in anomaly detection, guiding and mentoring teams to ensure alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to drive product decisions and measure success, developing metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, conducting user research, gathering feedback, and ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise financial fraud intelligence, driving innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance financial processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience technical product management
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Experience defining multi-year strategies and executing on associated roadmap, including leading engineering discussions around technology decisions
