We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Validation Consultant to join our team at i-Pharm GxP. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project at a state-of-the-art facility in RTP, NC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for validating production and cleaning equipment and systems, ensuring seamless operations and compliance on a dynamic schedule. This includes experience with autoclaves, part washers, isolators, lyophilizers, and collecting rinse water samples, setting up VIs, and understanding load patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate equipment and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement validation protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on validation procedures.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in equipment/cleaning validation.
  • Strong experience with autoclaves, part washers, isolators, lyophilizers.
  • Experience collecting rinse water samples, setting up VIs, understanding load patterns.
  • Preferred experience: larger capital project experience, Kneat Validation software experience.
