- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Allscripts, Phreesia, and various insurance providers.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a medical office environment preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills.
