Grounds Field Service Manager

The Grounds Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement in the Grounds Department. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage crews, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily crew activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and provide feedback to crew members
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance crew skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to optimize crew schedules and resource allocation
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and issue resolution
- Manage inventory and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of crew members and leaders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of grounds maintenance practices and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
