Responsibilities

As a Lead Analytics Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various reports and analytics dashboards to support the Revenue Cycle Management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with management, business users, and IT developers to understand and specify report requirements.
  • Designing, programming, testing, and fielding reports using QlikSense, QlikView, and Microsoft Reporting Services.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and analytics dashboards to support business needs.
  • Working with vendors to integrate their reports and data into internal dashboards.
  • Identifying and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data warehousing.

Qualifications

Be the Best Lead Analytics Developer You Can Be

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum four years of experience in report development using Qlik or equivalent tools, Microsoft Reporting Services, and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
  • Revenue Cycle Management or Finance experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
