Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Project Manager to join our team at Advocate Health. As a key member of our Integration Management Office, you will be responsible for managing moderate to complex assigned integration programs, strategic projects, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with partners, leadership, customers, consultants, and contractors to provide leadership to teams and manage in a matrix environment.
  • Support the Planning & Process vertical by facilitating long-term value creation identification, planning, and realization.
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools to provide full records of activities, compile data, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, preparing meeting agendas, capturing meeting notes, and preparing presentations for various audiences.
  • Maintain a working knowledge and expertise in integration methodologies and tools, following Advocate Health's best practices and methodologies.
  • Identify and manage change effectively and efficiently in a changing environment, working with team members to utilize change management processes and tools.
  • Effectively communicate with teammates to assist with projects, transferring information, project status, timelines, and difficulties.
  • Monitor schedules for completion of projects and make and follow through on commitments with a high sense of accountability, ownership, and integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Health Administration, or Finance.
  • 5 years of experience in program management and/or integration management, strategy, operational, and/or management consulting functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing complex projects.
  • Ability to build positive, effective relationships and develop effective cross-functional relationships with senior leaders, clinical and physician leaders, and diverse management teams.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools is required.
Working Conditions

This position requires travel, and the selected candidate will be exposed to weather and road conditions. Must have personal transportation to travel to various locations.
