The Senior IT Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of technology initiatives across various business units. This role involves overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance Portfolio Governance Reporting, Program Increment planning, Financial Projections, Change Management, and Innovation Strategies.
In a fast-paced and dynamic global business landscape, we prioritize adaptability, creativity, and innovative contributions from individuals and teams with diverse backgrounds. Our approach is rooted in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that emphasizes technical excellence and ongoing process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program activities across multiple business units.
- Facilitate risk management, dependency resolution, and obstacle removal for the program.
- Coordinate the collection of information across various workstreams.
- Organize regular technology synchronization meetings.
- Provide comprehensive status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding program objectives, delivery timelines, risks, and overall progress.
- Ensure alignment of execution with program goals by collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Guarantee compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards in all program deliverables.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or business analysis. A proven history of implementing enterprise program/project management controls is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to prepare materials for various organizational levels, from practitioners to senior executives.
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership to provide updates on program and project statuses.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
