Role Overview:
The Patient Services Coordinator, under the guidance of the Clinic Supervisor and Market Director, is tasked with organizing, executing, and overseeing all front desk operations within the medical clinic. This role ensures a seamless experience for patients and serves as a vital link between healthcare providers, patients, vendors, and external organizations.
Maintains adherence to the organization's Standards of Performance
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma required
Required Skills: a. Proficient in the use of computers, telephones, and office equipment such as copiers and fax machines. b. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems is preferred. c. Must comply with policies and procedures as outlined in the clinic's Policy and Procedure Manual. d.
A background in healthcare, including knowledge of medical terminology, coding, insurance billing, and general medical office operations, is essential.
