Position Summary:

In this position, you will be an essential member of our estate planning division, utilizing your expertise to:

  • Evaluate and Influence: Identify potential clients to ensure they align with our firm's values, and effectively encourage them to select our services for their estate planning requirements.
  • Showcase Benefits: Illustrate how our firm can adeptly prepare the necessary legal documentation that will significantly influence our clients' lives and their heirs.
  • Exemplify Compassion: Demonstrate the empathy and understanding that our firm is recognized for, while clearly articulating the advantages of our offerings.
  • Seal Agreements: Your main objective will be to follow up with prospects and finalize agreements, making you a crucial component of our client-centric legal team.

You will receive support from a committed marketing team that consistently generates leads and appointments, along with a production team celebrated for its exceptional reviews. This role is remote, yet you will represent our firm with the highest level of professionalism.

Compensation:

$100,000 including bonuses + incentives + health insurance stipend + retirement benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Sales: Drive client decisions and effectively close agreements using a consultative sales strategy.
  • Client Interaction: Organize your schedule to meet new clients, follow up with those who declined, and conduct quality assurance calls.
  • Documentation & CRM Management: Keep precise records and update client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside marketing and production teams to enhance client experiences and support firm objectives.
  • Feedback Utilization: Provide insights to marketing and production teams based on client interactions and market trends.
  • Lead Assessment: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the firm's standards.
  • Client Needs Evaluation: Conduct consultations as necessary to understand client requirements and present customized solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end sales.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., with a focus on reporting.
  • Familiarity with the legal sector is advantageous.
  • Empathy and understanding derived from real-life experiences are highly valued.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Adaptable to evolving client needs and firm goals.
