**Job Summary**

As a Front Desk Manager at Pchresorts, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and supervising related front office areas, including bell staff, switchboard, and concierge/guest services. Your goal will be to ensure guest and associate satisfaction while achieving the operating budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Direct and work with associates to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • Monitor and maintain front office operations, including bell staff, switchboard, and concierge/guest services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve guest satisfaction and operational goals

**Requirements**

  • 1 year of hotel front desk supervisor experience, preferably with the Marriott Hotel Brand
  • Associates or better in Hospitality and Resort Management or related field
