Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting each customer in a courteous and professional manner, assisting with their questions and concerns, and requesting additional help when needed to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with pharmacy operations, including processing prescriptions, retrieving and filing prescriptions, and communicating with healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Support inventory management by maintaining in-stock levels, utilizing reports to maintain replenishment, and pulling outdated, damaged, and recalled merchandise.
  • Participate in all required store operational meetings and maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy department.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Licensure requirements vary by state.
  • Ability to perform tasks such as customer service, operations, and inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service.
