About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers upon entrance, thank them upon exiting, and provide assistance with purchases and returns.
- Merchandise Management: Clean, stock, and straighten merchandise in the front end of the store, and maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
- Cash Handling: Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts, accurately ring merchandise through the register, and count down the till with a Department Manager at the end of the shift.
- Additional Tasks: Check in customer's firearms, issue gift cards, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Cashier experience and a strong customer service background.
- Skills: Good verbal and written communication, math skills, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
This position involves a variety of physical activities, including talking, hearing, sitting, and standing for multiple hours, and repetitive motions. Visual acuity is required for completing work on a computer.
