  • Make outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
  • Nurture leads through the sales process
  • Ensure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
  • Prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals
  • Assist Coaches with set up and clean up before and after classes
  • Perform general cleaning, including restrooms
  • Greet members and verify accounts
  • Take photos and videos
Requirements
  • Must be a high-energy individual
  • Must have 1+ years in sales
  • Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting, ideally in the fitness industry
  • Must be willing to engage with members
  • Social Media Skills
