At Checkers & Rally's, we strive to enhance the experiences of our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a vital member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will be tasked with implementing the restaurant strategy, achieving sales and profitability targets, and delivering exceptional service to both Guests and Team members. The Restaurant Operations Leader will oversee the entire establishment to ensure we are the preferred choice for our Guests and Employees.

YOUR IMPACT EVERY DAY
  • Achieving targeted sales and profit margins by effectively managing all components of the Profit and Loss statement.
  • Regularly reviewing performance metrics and crafting actionable plans to boost sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Assessing staffing requirements and recruiting suitable candidates for various roles.
  • Ensuring optimal staffing levels during shifts to maintain seamless operations and high Guest satisfaction.
  • Training Team Members and Managers on operational standards, policies, procedures, and exemplary Guest service.
  • Identifying and addressing customer complaints and any breaches of policies and procedures.
  • Providing ongoing feedback and coaching to team members regarding their performance.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both employees and Guests.
ARE YOU READY?
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred Food Safety Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and extended shifts.
  • High energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
