We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living in Massachusetts. As an RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.

About the Role

The RN/LPN assists and supports the Director of Nursing Services with the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of nursing services in the community. Primary responsibilities include supervising C.N.A's to ensure quality care is provided at all times, administration of medication, skilled nursing assessments, providing treatments, and processing competency in foley catheters, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and wound care.

Salary and Benefits

The starting rate for LPN is $40 and for RN is $43 with shift differentials ranging from $1 to $6 per hour more. The salary will depend on shift, day of the week, location, experience, and prior tenure with Maplewood/Inspir Carnegie Hill. Requirements
  • RN/LPN currently licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts
  • Two years full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience and/or special interest in working with older adults
  • Able to perform tasks that may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending, and lifting to 50lbs.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members
