About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized care plans for our residents.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to evaluate patients, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition. You will also administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families
- Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care
- Current Maine RN licensure
- Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
