As an Associate Operations Account Specialist, you will work closely with underwriting and other key stakeholders to secure and maintain valuable business for our portfolio.

What Will You Do?Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing proficiency in managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout their lifecycle, including rating, quoting, and issuing policies, as well as handling related account activities.
- Fostering a positive workplace culture by building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and agents.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of business processes by utilizing standardized workflows and adhering to state compliance guidelines.
- Synthesizing various information sources to make informed decisions.

Completion of higher education coursework and relevant insurance education/designations (CPCU, CIC, etc.) is preferred.
