Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and meets the required safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all equipment and facilities meet the required quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance personnel, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering) and 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance management role.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of maintenance operations and equipment.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Boiler Certification (Stationary Engineer- Level 1 or 2) and a valid driver's license.
