**Job Summary**

The Product Test and Calibration Technician is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating production equipment to ensure compliance with finished product specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Set up various production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications

• Monitor machinery and goals during shift and adjust as necessary

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and arrange or complete repairs

• Perform preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor according to the Preventive Maintenance schedule

• Complete documentation related to the finished product according to established guidelines

• Interpret data and confer with management to determine required standards

• Select products for inspection evaluation at specified stages in production process, perform various inspections per required characteristics

• Transport hazardous waste to required areas

**Requirements**

• 0-1 years of experience preferred

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
