Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Plan and engage in recreational activities to promote socialization and skill development
  • Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
  • Monitor and document individual's progress and report any concerns or changes to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility as needed
  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and first aid techniques
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation needs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
