About Canyon Home Care & Hospice

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our team at Canyon Home Care & Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing the programs, services, activities, and employees of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure the highest level of quality care and service to our patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, Accrediting Organization standards, and federal, state, and local laws.
  • Manage the completion, maintenance, and submission of required reports and records.
  • Develop and implement objectives, manage business affairs, and oversee the overall operation of the Agency.
  • Empower qualified personnel, ensure adequate staff education, supervision, and evaluations.
  • Designate a qualified staff member to act in your absence.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Licensed physician, registered nurse, or holds an undergraduate degree with experience in health service administration and at least one year of supervisory experience in home care or a closely related health program.
  • Successful completion of or the ability to successfully complete any state required continuing education requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as knowledge of Agency policies and procedures.
