Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Oversee NDT Personnel: Manage the scheduling and deployment of NDT personnel to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Radiation Safety Program: Develop and implement a radiation safety program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Safety and Regulatory Initiatives: Implement and maintain a safety program that meets or exceeds industry standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all personnel are equipped to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Field Audits and Service Calls: Conduct regular field audits and service calls to ensure that all equipment and personnel are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5-7 Years of Progressive Management Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and overseeing daily operations.
  • Working Industry Knowledge of NDT Methods and Applications: Strong understanding of NDT methods and applications, including radiation safety and regulatory compliance.
  • NDT Experience Preferred: Previous experience in NDT is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs: Strong skills in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
