Premium Audit Compliance Specialist

AMERISAFE is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team based in Pennsylvania.
The Compliance Analyst will ensure that all PA/DE Workers Compensation interim and final audits are accurately calculated and to ensure all clients are provided with the highest standard of customer service while remaining compliant with test audit standards.
Responsibilities include reviewing PA/DE audits per PCRB/DCRB guidelines, providing written responses to test audit differences, communicating with policyholders, and maintaining the bureau standard of under 20% cumulative difference.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of PCRB/DCRB manual rules, class code assignment requirements, and auditing in all states. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent customer service skills, and a strong sense of self-motivation are also required.
Key qualifications:
- PA and DE premium auditing experience 1 year minimum, preferred
