Premium Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and productivity-driven professional to join our Excellence Team in Philadelphia. As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting virtual and physical audits on policyholder accounts with optimum accuracy and efficiency.

• Organize and manage a geographic territory of policyholder accounts
• Schedule and complete audits virtually or at a location designated by policyholder
• Examine policyholder records, including accounting, payroll, and tax documents
• Research and substantiate accuracy of policy classifications and officer inclusions/exclusions
• Prepare audit reports showing analyzed data, calculations, and classifications

• Experience in completing PA audits required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions or recommendations for action
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sense of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
