Strategic Partner Marketing Fund Program Manager

The Zoom Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Marketing Fund Program Manager to spearhead our partner marketing communications, demand generation, and engagement initiatives. This dynamic global role offers the opportunity to design and execute impactful marketing communications and strategies, working closely with regional Partner Marketing teams. In this position, you will collaborate with channel sales, enablement, integrated and product marketing, finance, and legal to shape the future of Zoom's business, empowering our leading channel partners worldwide to achieve extraordinary growth and success.
About the Team
The Partner Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns specifically tailored to the company's partner ecosystem. Our primary goal is to support and enable partners to effectively market and sell the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive MFP strategy that complements Zoom's channel go-to-market business goals, enhancing partner engagement and driving mutual growth.
Create and execute marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives to expand Zoom Phone and Contact Center Business with key partners.
Identify areas for improvement and coordinate enhancements to the existing request, claim (POP) and approval flows within the MFP tool.
Support the partner marketing teams in orchestrating MFP investments with partners' business plans and forecasts, ensuring investments align with strategic objectives.
Manage the MFP budget, measure and report on the performance of MFP investments to assess impact and inform future strategies.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in partner programs, MFP management, or a related field within a technology or SaaS company.
Previous experience in budget management and performance measurement.
Familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience in coordinating marketing efforts with regional teams.
Located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment.

Zoom offers a competitive salary range of $93,900.00 to $217,000.00, along with a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value.
